Invisible Name and Blank Username
An invisible name uses a blank Unicode character so your name looks empty or has extra space inside it. Type a name or leave it empty, add blank space, then copy. It works for many games and display names.
The yellow strip shows where the invisible character sits. Your clipboard will look empty after copying. That's normal.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent.
Steps
Type a name or leave it blank
Choose “Blank only” for a fully invisible name.
Set the spaces
Pick where they go and how many.
Copy and paste
Paste it into the name field and save.
Blank display name on X (Twitter)
X usually accepts Hangul Filler in display names. Usernames (the @handle) only allow letters, numbers and underscores.
Invisible Steam and Roblox names
Steam profile names often accept U+3164. Roblox filters many invisible characters, so test before you rely on it.
Invisible name copy and paste for games
Most games treat these characters differently. The name builder shows the length so you stay inside the limit.
Spaced name vs. blank name
A spaced name still has letters, just with blank gaps between them. A blank name has no letters at all and gets rejected more often, so keep a backup character ready. For chat apps, see the blank message guide.
Not working?
Name rejected
Switch the character to U+2800 or add one visible letter.
Space disappeared
Copy with the button instead of typing spaces.
Some games ban invisible names on ranked or official accounts. Check the rules before paying for a name change.
