What to include in a report
If a character didn't work, a few details help us test it quickly and update the guide for everyone:
- the app or game and its version
- your device and operating system
- the character you used, or its code (for example U+3164)
- what happened, such as an error message or a box shown instead of a blank
What not to send
Please never send passwords, ID numbers, payment details or other sensitive personal information. We will never ask for them, and you never need them to report a problem.
How the form works
The form above opens your own email app with your message ready to send. Our site does not send or store the form data. You can also write directly to contact@blanktext.id.
Response time
We usually reply within a few working days. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days.
