Privacy Policy

The tools on BlankText.id run in your browser, and text you type or paste is never sent to our server or stored. This policy explains the limited data that is still collected, including server logs, emails and cookies used for ads.

Introduction and who is responsible

This policy applies to all language versions of BlankText.id: Indonesian (/), English (/en/) and Spanish (/es/). The site is operated by Nexovate Digital, a small digital team that builds simple free web tools, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@blanktext.id.

In short: you need no account, we have no newsletter or comments, we use no analytics tool, and we do not sell your personal data.

Data we do not collect

Every tool works inside your browser. Text you type, paste, detect, clean or copy stays on your device. It is never sent to our server and never stored by us. The blank profile picture maker also creates the image in your browser, so nothing is uploaded. Without accounts, we collect no names, passwords or profile details.

Data we collect

Server logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger and uses a CDN and caching. The hosting server automatically records standard access logs: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), pages requested, date and time, and the referring page. We use them only for security and to keep the site running, for example to spot abuse or fix errors.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. The Contact page form only opens your own email app; our site does not send or store the form data. We use your email only to reply.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics tool at the moment. If we add one, we will update this policy first.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser; similar technologies include local storage and device identifiers. We do not use our own cookies to track you. Cookies here come mainly from Google advertising and, where it applies, from the consent message that remembers your choice. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; the tools will still work, but some ad features may not.

Google AdSense and third-party vendors

We plan to show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. Your choices:

  • Opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.
  • Read How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.

Non-personalized ads may still use cookies for frequency capping and fraud prevention. Our hosting provider and Google may process data in other countries; where the law requires it, they use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland see a Google-certified consent message (CMP) before personalized ads are shown. You can accept, reject or customize your choices, and change or withdraw consent later at any time through the consent message settings.

Google Fonts

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. This is needed to deliver the fonts to your device.

  • Legitimate interests for server logs, loading Google Fonts and replying to your emails.
  • Consent for personalized ads and related cookies where required, such as in the EEA, UK and Switzerland.

Data retention and security

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation. Emails are deleted when no longer needed to answer you or keep a record of the conversation. Google's cookies remain for the period Google sets, unless you delete them sooner. We take reasonable steps to protect the little data we handle, but no website is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

  • GDPR (EEA, UK, Switzerland): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, plus the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
  • CCPA/CPRA (California): the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal data, but ad cookies may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; opt out with the links above.
  • Indonesia (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection): the right to information, access and a copy, correction, ending processing and deletion, withdrawing consent, and objecting to purely automated decisions.

Email contact@blanktext.id with your request. We reply within 30 days and may ask for details to confirm it comes from you.

Children

BlankText.id is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes and other sites

We may update this policy, for example if we add analytics or change how ads work, and will change the effective date when we do. This version is effective from October 8, 2026. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.
