Free Fire Blank Name and Invisible Space
A Free Fire blank name uses an invisible character as a space inside your nickname. Type your name below, choose where the space goes and copy it. Hangul Filler (U+3164) is the invisible space that works most often in Free Fire.
The yellow strip shows where the invisible character sits. Your clipboard will look empty after copying. That's normal.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent.

How the Free Fire name maker works
Free Fire removes normal spaces from nicknames, so "Chris FF" can't keep its gap. The name maker inserts a blank Unicode character instead. Free Fire counts it as a letter, keeps it, and shows it as empty space.
Name maker options
- Your name: type your nickname. It starts with "Chris" as an example.
- Where the space goes: Between letters, Before and after, At the end, or Blank only.
- Number of spaces: 1 to 10 blank characters at each spot.
- Character: Hangul Filler (U+3164), Halfwidth Hangul Filler (U+FFA0), Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800) or Hangul Choseong Filler (U+115F).
- Length counter: shows how many characters your name uses, blanks included.
Short invisible space for Free Fire
Players often ask for a "short" Free Fire space: one blank character that fits between two words without making the name too long. U+3164 is one character wide in the game and counts as one character toward the name limit, which makes it the best short space. U+FFA0 is a slightly narrower backup on some phones.
| Character | Code | Works in Free Fire? |
|---|---|---|
| Hangul Filler | U+3164 | Usually, best first choice |
| Halfwidth Hangul Filler | U+FFA0 | Often, good backup |
| Braille Pattern Blank | U+2800 | Sometimes |
| Normal space | U+0020 | No, it gets removed |
Blank name vs. spaced name in Free Fire
A spaced name keeps your letters with invisible gaps, like "ChrisㅤFF". A fully blank name has only invisible characters, so your name looks empty in the lobby and on the scoreboard. Spaced names are accepted more often. Fully blank names may be refused, and Garena can change its name rules at any time.
Changing your Free Fire nickname usually costs diamonds or a name change card, so test the name in the box above first. For other games and apps, see the invisible name maker.
Why does my name show a box?
If other players see a square instead of a gap, their phone's font doesn't include that character. Switch to U+FFA0 or U+2800 and check again. The test box on this page highlights every invisible character, so you can confirm what you're about to paste. More blank characters are listed on the Unicode character list.
Not working?
Name rejected
Switch to U+FFA0 or keep at least one visible letter.
Space disappeared
Copy with the button instead of typing a normal space.
Name too long
Lower the number of spaces. Each blank counts as one character.
BlankText.id isn't affiliated with Garena or Free Fire. Name rules can change, so test before you pay for a name change.
